Aloe Vera; Top Health Benefit and Uses in Nigeria

Aloe Vera has a long history of being used for medicinal purposes. it has many uses. perhaps that is why the plant is referred to as a ‘plant of immortality by the Egyptians, it is widely known to heal wounds, relieve sunburn, heartburn, slowing the spread of cancer, and a lot more.
You must have seen people apply aloe Vera on their face or adding the juice to their body cream and so on this is because aloe Vera is able to treat dermatological ailments.
 There are several other uses of this plant you may not know and we will be discussing them in this article.

(1)CONSTIPATION
Take one cup of Aloe Vera juice in an empty stomach in the morning

(2)FAIR SKIN
Apply some Aloe Vera gel on the skin and leave it overnight, rinsed it off in the morning, repeat the process for a week

(3)PILE
Mix equal amount of Aloe Vera gel with Sulphur powder to make a paste, apply the paste on the affected area

(4)JOINT PAIN
Add two teaspoon of aloe Vera gel in one glass cup of water consume it daily

(5)STRESS
Put two teaspoon of Aloe Vera gel in one glass cup of lukewarm water, add one tablespoon honey for taste consume the mixture to reduce stress and anxiety

(6)JAUNDICE
Drink 20ml of Aloe Vera juice once a day

(7)FOOD CRAVING
Prepare a juice of mint leaf, Cucumber, Aloe Vera gel and lemon together, drink a glass cup daily

(8)KELOID
Apply fresh Aloe Vera gel on the affected region for 40 minutes, after a while repeat the process thrice a day

(9)BURN
Apply fresh Aloe Vera gel to the affected area twice daily

(10)ATHLETE’S FOOT
Cut out the gel of one Aloe Vera, add one teaspoon of tea tree essential oil and Levander oil, apply the mixture over the affected areas at night

(11)DRY SKIN
Mix one pulp of Aloe Vera with 1/4 tablespoon of turmeric powder and one tablespoon of honey to make a paste, apply the paste on the skin for 30minutes, rinse off with warm water, repeat the process thrice a day

NOTE : Aloe Vera is a very good herbs for skin problems, but if taken in high dosage for a long period of time it may caused abdominal pain, kidney problem, diarrhea, heart problem

Avoid use during pregnancy

Avoid taking Aloe Vera two weeks prior to surgery schedule
