Have sex before you ovulate

There is a period where a woman is most likely to conceive, which is around the ovulation day known as the Fertile window. the chances of conceiving are very high if you have sex three days before you ovulate. why?  the reason is that a mature egg can survive 12 to 24 hours after it has been released (ovulation) while sperm is able to survive for about 5 days in the woman’s body. hence, it is wise to have sperm in your system waiting for an egg to fertilize.

however, because of the stress involved in tracking ovulation, you might consistently have sex every two to three days
